This role is a hybrid of physical warehouse operations and system management. You will be responsible for the end-to-end flow of goods-from receiving to shipping-while utilizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure data accuracy, proper labeling, and inventory control.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li><b>Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management:</b></li><li>Inbound & Outbound: Manage the receiving of shipments and the dispatching of orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Order Fulfillment: Perform picking, packing, and sorting of goods according to customer orders.</li><li>Inventory Control: Organize stock on shelves, conduct physical inspections, and ensure the warehouse floor remains tidy and safe.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damages or discrepancies.</li><li></li><li><b>WMS System & Data Administration:</b></li><li>System Operation: Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) daily to process orders and track inventory levels.</li><li>Data Processing: Manage accurate entry of warehouse data, ensuring physical stock matches system records.</li><li>Labeling: Generate and apply shipping labels, barcodes, and inventory tags accurately.</li><li>Reporting: Monitor inventory discrepancies and assist in reconciling warehouse data.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree, Majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or Data Analytics are highly preferred.</li><li>Language: Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written) to coordinate with internal teams and partners.</li><li>Experience: No prior experience is required; entry-level candidates with strong learning agility are welcome to apply; Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or WMS systems are highly preferred.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems; experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a strong asset.</li><li>Certifications: Forklift certification is highly preferred (or willingness to obtain one).</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Pay range and compensation package</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Salary:</li><li>Probationary Period (3 months): $20.00 - $22.00 CAD / hour</li><li>Post-Probation: $24.00 - $25.00 CAD / hour ; Annual base salary: 50,000-52,000 CAD </li><li></li><li>Company Benefits:</li><li>Incentives: Competitive salary structure with performance incentives.</li><li>Career Development: Professional growth opportunities within a fast-growing logistics company.</li><li>Industry Experience: Valuable exposure to international e-commerce and cross-border supply chain operations.</li><li>Culture: A collaborative and bilingual work environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Equal Opportunity Statement</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>How to Apply</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Please submit your resume and cover letter to </p><p></p>
