Job Description

<p>Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking an Afternoon Warehouse Associate to join their team. As an Afternoon Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.</p>

<p><strong>Location: </strong>Mississauga, ON</p>

<p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>$18.60</p>

<p><strong>Shift: </strong>2pm to 10:30pm or 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday to Friday or Saturday and Sunday</p>

<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency.
<li>Perform inbound activities including receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory.
<li>Reprice and retag products as needed to maintain correct labeling and compliance with company standards.
<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all health and safety guidelines.
<li>Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

<p><strong>What's Needed?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies (RF scanners, voice picking, etc.)
<li>Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy
<li>Reliable attendance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
<li>Eligible for PIT certification if required
<li>Committed to safety standards and compliance (steel toe boots and high-visibility vest required)
