Job Description

The Registered Pharmacy Technician Subject Matter Expert (SME) using their experience and expertise as a front line technician will support the Medication Management Transformation project by providing expertise in non-automation processes that impact daily pharmacy operations. Core responsibilities include developing orientation and onboarding materials, assessing and updating Pharmacy Technician workflows and guidelines, and supporting key functions such as missing medication resolution, DigiSense recalibration, Fluidose software upgrades, and the drug dictionary deactivation process.
