Job Description
Lead and motivate the store team to consistently achieve sales goals and KPIs
Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects the brand’s values and commitment to quality
Recruit, coach, and develop sales associates to strengthen individual and team performance
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to drive store growth
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and loss prevention
Requirements
Proven retail management experience, ideally in women’s fashion or department store environments
Strong sales acumen with a passion for driving results and exceeding goals
Skilled at coaching, developing, and motivating sales teams
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience in luxury retail is an asset but not required
