Job Description

The Store is in need of achievement-orientated Store Manager with excellent customer service and people management skills. These positions require retail experience, a flair for visual merchandising and a good head for figures and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive performance through the store KPI’s (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals).
2. Manage stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
3. Drive turnover to ensure achievement of targets.
4. Ensure the team executes operational excellence through a customer-centric mindset.
5. Generate high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.
6. Ensure store staff implement merchandising strategy and standards.
7. Manage team schedule effectively.
8. Staff training and development.
9. People management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management.
10. Allocate time effectively; handle multiple tasks and complete priorities.
11. Manage risk within the store.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
• Must have 3 years Store Management experience.
• Must have experience in driving sales to increase store profit.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
