The SE Strategy and Enablement team is looking for a seasoned Sr. Business Analyst to gather, document, and analyze our current processes and systems to help out with the a critical systems migration.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for someone who has an aptitude in building out a current state analysis and work with our operations team in order to build up our future state.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the operations team to build a current state view (processes, steps, etc..)</li><li>Complete and manage current state process documentation with operations SMEs</li><li>Collaborate with the technical project implementation team and operations team with the development of the future state</li><li>Successfully contribute to the launch of robust solutions by participate in testing and feedback of the migrated solution</li><li>Build a strong understanding of TELUS applications, product, services, organizational delivery capabilities and processes.</li></ul><p></p>
