<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Software Developer role at Fidelity Canada. This position is 100% remote with Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. Fidelity Canada is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.</p><h3>Business Overview</h3><p>The CRM support group is part of IS division and provides support for Customer Relationship Management and Marketing applications for Fidelity Investments Canada.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop LWC/Apex/Visualforce in Salesforce platform and document process</li><li>Develop Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM components</li><li>Lead in definition and estimation of project work packages, including systems design specifications, overall testing, and implementation plans</li><li>Develop and configure event management tool (Marketo)</li><li>Complete required unit-testing, and cooperate with other IS and business teams to ensure timely, efficient, and error-free implementation</li><li>Participate in planning and execution of CRM and Events Management tools upgrades and migrations</li><li>Participate in CRM support schedule, work on incident and enhancement/maintenance tickets assignments and deliver excellent technical support</li><li>Proactively promote enhancements to departmental processes, technical and business solutions</li><li>Maintain solid understanding of business needs and participate in planning and execution of technical presentations and demos for our business partners</li></ul><h3>Skills, Knowledge And Experience</h3><ul><li>2 years Development experience with Java and JavaScript in full stack requirements</li><li>Experience with Web Services Development</li><li>Solid experience with the full life cycle of software development</li><li>Strong leadership skills</li><li>Detail oriented, with strong analytical skills</li><li>Customer service oriented</li><li>Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to business users</li><li>Self-starter with strong teamwork culture</li><li>General understanding of the financial services sector</li></ul><h3>Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>Development experience (LWC, Apex, Visualforce) with Salesforce platform</li><li>Experience with Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM</li><li>Understanding of SaaS, CRM and Event Management systems architecture and development tools</li><li>Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud development</li><li>Experience with Salesforce Financial Cloud development</li><li>Development experience with REST Web Services</li><li>Development experience with Events Management systems, preferably Marketo</li><li>Development experience in Mutual Funds industry</li></ul><h3>Education</h3><ul><li>University degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience</li><li>Salesforce Certification – Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II preferred</li></ul><h3>Benefits and Culture</h3><ul><li>Flexible working arrangements - 100% remote, hybrid, and in-office options</li><li>Competitive total compensation, including company contributions to your group RRSP without a matching requirement from you</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits that start on your first day, with 100% employer-paid premiums, that include up to $5000 annually for mental health services and therapy</li><li>Parental leave top-up to 100% of your salary for a period of 25 weeks</li><li>Up to $650 for home office equipment</li><li>Generous time off policy, including 2 paid days annually to volunteer at a charity of your choice</li><li>Diversity and inclusion programs, including an active network of Employee Resource Groups</li><li>Extensive professional development opportunities, including access to over 11,000 training and development courses, tuition reimbursement, and monetary rewards for completing a required designation</li></ul><p>Fidelity Canada is an equal opportunity employer.
