As a financial Crown corporation, we offer innovative financial solutions and expert insights to help businesses explore new markets, mitigate risks, and achieve growth.</p><h3>What You Will Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Strategic Planning & Alignment: Activate and communicate the team’s goals and vision, ensure adherence across all team members; collaborate with the team manager to scope and prioritize initiatives and align quarterly backlogs with business objectives; prepare for and participate in Business Review Planning (BRP), building quarterly backlogs, defining dependencies, and collaborating with other marketing Product Owners.</li><li>Backlog Management: Manage and maintain the product backlog, prioritize work according to business objectives and strategy; scope work descriptions with clear objectives, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Acceptance Criteria; lead backlog refinement sessions to ensure clarity and business value.</li><li>Collaboration & Coordination: Manage scaled delivery of work with dependent teams; work with stakeholders to manage operational intake for prioritized initiatives; identify and raise dependencies and roadblocks and help resolve them as needed.</li><li>Agile Event Participation: Actively participate in Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li></ul><h3>What We Are Looking For</h3><ul><li>Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications).</li><li>Minimum 7 years experience in marketing and demand generation or related field.</li><li>Significant experience in Project Management, leveraging Agile or related methodology.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><h3>What Will Make You Stand Out</h3><ul><li>Bilingual in English and French.</li><li>Presentation/storytelling skills.</li><li>Experience working with creative and event agencies.</li><li>Experience leading complex B2B marketing demand generation programs with multiple deliverables.</li></ul><h3>Eligibility</h3><p>EDC is committed to Fair Employment Practices and preference will be given to candidates who are able to work legally in Canada at the time of application (Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents).
