Job Description

Our valued professional services client is seeking a SAP Business One Specialist to serve as a delivery assurance specialist for an ongoing SAP Business One Implementation (Finance / Accounting / Contract Management)!

Part‑time Contract (4 hours / week for 10 weeks) with possibility of extension. % remote in EST hours.

As the successful candidate, you will support the implementation of SAP Business One for a Canadian private equity firm; supporting an offshore team in Brazil overseeing the implementation, by acting as a second set of eyes, providing independent review of project deliverables, and advising the Canadian PMO on risks, gaps, and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a delivery assurance advisor for the SAP Business One implementation.
  • Review and assess deliverables produced by the implementation team in Brazil.
  • Provide independent insights and recommendations on system setup and configuration.
  • Identify potential risks, improvement opportunities, or missing elements in the solution design.
  • Collaborate with the Canadian PMO to provide status updates and strategic guidance.
  • Support the functional areas of Finance, Accounting, and Contract Management within the SAP B1 implementation.

Must‑have Skills

  • Proven experience with SAP Business One implementations, particularly in a functional or advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Contract Management processes
