Job Summary:

The candidate must be so professional, organized, and with great memory to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to inquiries via email or in person.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist other staff with administrative support as required.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
