Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
- Respond to general inquiries from callers and visitors.
- Ensure messages are accurately documented and forwarded to the appropriate team members.
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including arranging couriers, filing, ordering supplies and supporting other administrative departments as needed.
- Assist in facilitating daily vehicle licensing, as required.
- Assist with pick up/delivery of vehicles and providing customer shuttle service , as needed
- Maintain log books
- Ensure all office common areas are kept tidy and well-stocked.
- Ensure adherence to required dress code, maintain clean, professional and appropriate appearance and adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Valid Ontario Drivers License with clean record
- 1–2 years of relevant receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
Hours
- Monday–Friday: 8:30- 5:00 pm
