Location: Vaughan, ON (hybrid: in-office + remote)
Compensation: Commission-only with uncapped earnings (paid per placement). Tools, data, and brand support provided.

The OpportunityWe’re hiring experienced legal recruiters to lead a 360° desk in our Legal practice. If you love full ownership—driving business, managing clients, and delivering candidates—this role gives you the lane, tools, and autonomy to scale your book without internal competition.
You’ll have:
- A protected desk (you own your clients and roles—no internal poaching).
- Hybrid flexibility with a high-performing, supportive team.
- Premium tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, market data, outreach platforms) to win and deliver.

- Develop and manage client accounts: law firms (boutique to national) and in-house legal teams.
- Scope mandates end-to-end: intake, scorecards, compensation strategy, timelines, and close plans.
- Source, assess, and present top legal talent (lawyers, clerks, legal ops, compliance, etc.).
- Drive pipeline: outbound campaigns, referrals, content, and market mapping.
- Negotiate terms & offers with a commercial, win–win mindset.
- Forecast and report on desk activity, pipeline health, and revenue.
- Champion candidate experience and uphold ethical, confidential search standards.
- 2–5+ years of agency recruitment experience (legal strongly preferred).
- Proven billing track record and comfort operating on commission-only.
- Market fluency in legal roles, titles, compensation, and movement trends.
- Tools confidence: LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS, outreach and sourcing platforms.
- Professional polish: excellent writing, client comms, and negotiation skills.
