We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team at Rideau Pharmacy . The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings both professional expertise and strong communication skills.<br><br>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accurately dispense prescription medications and counsel patients on proper use.</li><li>Provide professional advice on prescription and over-the-counter products.</li><li>Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions.</li><li>Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.</li><li>Manage and maintain accurate patient and inventory records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and ethical pharmacy standards.<br><br></li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario.</li><li>Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).</li><li>Strong knowledge of drug interactions, contraindications, and safe medication use.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Bilingual proficiency (preferred).</li><li>Experience with Fillware pharmacy management software (preferred).</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.</li></ul>
