<p><b>Industrial Millwright (433A)</b>, FOOD INDUSTRY - <b>MISSISSAUGA (between 401 and 407)</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Continental 12 hours Night shifts:</b> 6pm until 6 am or 7pm until 7am </p><p><br></p><p>Compensation & Benefits</p><ul><li>$42-44/hour + applicable premiums</li><li>Health & dental benefits</li><li>Pension plan with employer matching</li><li>Performance bonuses</li><li>Employee discount program (retail, fitness, restaurants, and more)</li><li>Long-term career growth with a stable employer</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>What You'll Be Doing</p><p>As a Millwright 433A, you will:</p><ul><li>Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance, overhauls, and emergency repairs</li><li>Diagnose mechanical issues related to power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors</li><li>Support production teams to minimize downtime and improve uptime</li><li>Install, align, and adjust machinery and components</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Equipment You'll Work On</p><ul><li>Industrial bakery and food-processing equipment</li><li>Conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and drive systems</li><li>Pneumatic and hydraulic systems</li><li>Basic electrical troubleshooting related to equipment (not electrical trade work)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>What We're Looking For</p><p>Required:</p><ul><li><b>Valid Red Seal Industrial Millwright (433A) license is a must</b></li><li><b>2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience is a must</b></li><li>Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills</li><li>Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and power transmission</li><li>Ability to read schematics and technical drawings</li><li>Comfortable working independently and as part of a team</li><li>Basic computer skills (CMMS / work orders)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li>Food or beverage manufacturing experience</li><li>Exposure to continuous improvement or reliability programs</li></ul><p></p>
