If you're passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we'd love to have you on board!</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant or Paralegal with demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting contracts within the food and beverage sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly related to alcohol licensing and operational permits.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Draft, review, and interpret commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing documents.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the food and beverage industry.</li><li>Prepare and manage documentation related to alcohol licenses, including applications and renewals.</li><li>Liaise with regulatory authorities such as the NY/NJ Port Authority.</li><li>Support internal stakeholders with legal research, contract tracking/writing/interpreting, and risk assessment.</li><li>Maintain organized legal files and assist in document management and audits.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience in a legal support role within the airline, food and beverage, or hospitality industry.</li><li>Familiarity with Port Authority and other municipal/governmental compliance processes is a plus.</li><li>Exceptional written communication and contract interpretation skills.</li><li>Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work onsite at our Southlake Office 4 days a week (1 day from home).</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
