Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Intune Administration: Administer and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment, including configuration policies, compliance policies, and device enrollment.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM): Manage the lifecycle of all mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows), from provisioning and deployment to decommissioning.
• Mobile Application Management (MAM): Deploy and manage corporate applications, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies.
• Policy Management: Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, ensuring all devices meet security standards.
• Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 3 support for Intune-related issues, troubleshooting device and application deployment failures.
• Reporting: Generate reports on device compliance, application usage, and security posture.
• Collaboration: Work with other IT teams, including security, network, and help desk, to ensure seamless integration and support.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all Intune configurations, processes, and policies.

Qualifications

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience as an Intune Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation is a significant asset.

Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or a similar certification is highly preferred.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate is a plus.
