Role Description

This is a in person/Hybrid instructor position

Inviting experienced instructor /instructors in Cardiac Sonography

Practicing Echocardiographers, registered with Sonography Canada & in good standing with CMRITO, needed to instruct classes ol NEW Cardiac Sonography Program in Toronto.

Must have 3- 5 years’ experience in instructing/teaching of the following subject matters:

•    Professional Practice

•    Physics I

•    Intro to Adult Echocardiography

•    Cardiac Scanning

•    Applied Cardiovascular Anatomy and Physiology

•    Intro to Congenital Heart Disease

•    Pathology and Function of the Adult Heart

•    ECG Interpretation for Sonography

•    Congenital Heart Defects II

•    Patient Management

•    Valvular Disease

•    Cardiac Scanning II

•    Physics II

Should have developed handouts, program material to supplement curriculum & ready to teach. Should have lessons, PPT presentations, slides & class topics, lessons ready to teach.

Should have quizzes, tests & answer keys ready to supplement available curriculum.

Should have final exams, answer keys & access to resources to teach. Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months’ Pay: $25.00—$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 —20 per week
