IT PROJECT MANAGER
Our Richmond Hill based client is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team who has strong stakeholder management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and communication hub for all project stakeholders, including B2B leadership, end-users, and technical teams.
- Proactively manage expectations, navigate high-engagement levels, and facilitate consensus among diverse, hands-on stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and execute a robust communication plan to keep all parties informed of progress, risks, and changes.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for the multi-phased CRM consolidation project.
- Manage and coordinate external vendors and partners involved in the CRM transition, ensuring they deliver quality results according to contractual obligations and project timelines.
SKILLS:
- Experience leading multi-phased enterprise-level projects, ideally involving IT infrastructure changes related to a CRM transition/implementation and telephony transitions.
- Good understanding of the B2B sales/operations lifecycle and the function of CRM systems in this environment.
- Direct hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or Vonage or similar major cloud-based CRM platforms (nice to have)
14 month contract to start (with possibility for extension)
Rate: $60 - $65/hour for an Incorporated Consultant (based on 37.5 hours/week)
3 days/week in office mandatory
