About The Role
This role is responsible for monitoring funds, formulating targets for the Funding Division, and expanding company partnerships in accordance with company regulations and objectives, with the goal of increasing lending and funding partnerships.
Job Descriptions
- Manage the funding portfolio's performance.
- Ensure the fundraising process in all types of lenders (Retail, Institution, Premium, and Core) functions according to the department's target plans.
- Formulate quarterly and yearly objective key results for the Funding Division.
- Organize company funding and cost of fund effectiveness.
- Maintain and ensure the availability of funds requested by the treasury department for the payment of the company's operational activities.
- Establish expansion of the company's partnership with institutional lenders, e.g., banks, multi-finance, or other capital sources.
- Establish and organize the Division budget plan within the scope of the Funding Division.
- Lead and manage highly productive, motivated, and driven teams through solid communication, empowerment, reward, and coaching & mentoring approaches.
- Maintain close working relationships with different functional teams as well as external parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Investment Partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing and closing deals, including term sheet negotiation and partner onboarding.
- Track record in managing partnerships and aligning investments with strategic business outcomes.
- Exposure to tech-enabled businesses, high-growth sectors, or regional ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Strong investment evaluation skills: financial modeling, ROI analysis, business case development.
- Ability to connect long-term strategy with real-world deal execution.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build trust with external stakeholders.
- Experienced in navigating complex partnership structures, incentives, and performance mechanisms.
