For more information visit our website at </p><p>Overview<br><br>We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in construction and prefab manufacturing.</p><p>The Laborer will support framers, carpenters, and shop teams with day-to-day tasks both in the manufacturing facility and on job sites. No formal experience is required—a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety are essential.</p><p>Duties</p><ul><li>Assist framers and carpenters with prefab assembly and on-site construction tasks</li><li>Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment</li><li>Use basic hand tools and power tools under supervision</li><li>Help with measuring, cutting, fastening, and assembling wood components</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li><li>Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and supervisor instructions</li><li>Support shop production and on-site installation as required</li><li>Travel to job sites when needed (in or out of town)</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>No prior construction experience required (training provided)</li><li>Interest in construction, carpentry, or prefab manufacturing</li><li>Ability to safely lift heavy materials and perform physical labor</li><li>Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and in various weather conditions in town & out of town</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills and take direction</li><li>Strong teamwork, reliability, and punctuality</li><li>Commitment to workplace safety</li><li>Experience with hand tools or construction is an asset but not required</li><li>Knowledge of prefab or woodworking is an asset</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
