Customer Service Representative

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, processing claims, and providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Process insurance claims and policy changes
Provide information about our products and services
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a strong asset
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Must obtain or possess an OTL (Other Than Life) insurance license
