DevOps Specialist- 100% remote, work from home
We are seeking a DevOps Specialist with experience and passion for assisting in developing, integrating, and delivering software components into our informatics platforms.
We are a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers who work in a dynamic and Agile environment.
Responsibilities include:
-Design and build robust CI/CD pipelines to deliver our software
-Managing Kubernetes clusters and maintaining cloud architectures.
-Identify issues & areas of concern before they arise and ensure the smooth operation of platforms.
You should have some experience in the implementation of technical solutions and be recognized as a contributor with a good grasp of the breadth and depth of your team's code base.
Qualifications:
• 1 – 2 + years of professional DevOps experience in a diverse set of technology disciplines.
• 1 + years of Kubernetes experience, deploying resources with Helm and authoring Helm charts
• Experience implementing CI/CD solutions for microservice architectures
• Good knowledge of object storage, relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Elasticsearch, Redis) database systems.
• Exposure and experience deploying infrastructure to private or public clouds is highly desired.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
