<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Location: Delhi<br><br></strong><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>The Branch Manager has to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and supervise all areas of operation. He/She will have to manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. He/She will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.<br><br><strong>Reporting to:</strong> Director<br><br><strong>Roles And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Operational responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide operational support for Air & Sea Import / Air& Sea Export/ Air & Sea Freight Forwarding / Transporter / other service providers.</li><li>Plan logistics operations for clients including coordination of transportation and communication with vendors/Oversea Agents / Shipping Lines / Airlines / AITA Agents / Freight Forwarders / Co loaders / NVOCC/CFS/Custodians.</li><li>Handling all primary communications and escalations with agents and customers.</li><li>Taking all intra branch escalations and mitigating the same.</li><li>100% bill preparations and documents submitted to clients.</li><li>Manage Finance and Accounts function for branch office</li><li>Evaluate and improve team processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and increase value to the customer.</li><li>Manage HR/Admin activities at the Branch level<br><br></li></ul><strong>Business Development Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Corporate client management and development.</li><li>Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.</li><li>Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs.</li><li>Meet goals and metrics.</li><li>Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.</li><li>Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Graduate/Post Graduate preferred with relevant knowledge on Customs clearance (Import & Export) activities and Business Development</li><li>5+ years of relevant experience as Branch Manager or in a similar role.</li><li>G pass Customs pass holder will be given preference</li><li>Ability to meet sales targets and Operations goals</li><li>Import and export customs clearance knowledge</li><li>Strong communication and writing skills, excellent organizational skills, Go-Getter attitude, Result Oriented</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office preferred</li><li>Ability to streamline operations and make improvements for our clients</li></ul>
