L'équipe se distingue par la qualité de ses mandats, son approche humaine et pragmatique, ainsi que son environnement de travail dynamique où l'autonomie, la collaboration et le sens stratégique sont fortement valorisés.</p><p><br></p><p>Dans le cadre de sa croissance, le cabinet souhaite s'adjoindre un avocat en litige senior (minimum d'environ 7 ans d'expérience) prêt(e) à jouer un rôle clé dans des dossiers complexes, à contribuer au développement du cabinet et, idéalement, à bâtir ou développer une clientèle.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsabilités</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Gérer de manière autonome un large éventail de dossiers de litige civil et commercial, incluant des mandats en construction, responsabilité professionnelle et assurance.</li><li>Prendre en charge les dossiers de A à Z : analyse, stratégie, rédaction, négociation, gestion de la preuve et représentation devant les tribunaux.</li><li>Encadrer, coacher et superviser les avocats plus juniors du cabinet.</li><li>Participer activement au développement d'affaires, que ce soit par un carnet de clients déjà existant ou par la capacité à en développer un.</li><li>Jouer un rôle-conseil auprès des clients et des partenaires internes, avec une approche orientée solutions et résultats.</li><li>Contribuer à la stratégie globale du cabinet ainsi qu'à l'optimisation des processus internes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Membre du Barreau du Québec.</li><li>Minimum d'environ 7 ans d'expérience pertinente en litige civil et commercial.</li><li>Excellentes habiletés en rédaction juridique, en argumentation et en gestion de dossiers complexes.</li><li>Capacité démontrée à travailler en autonomie, tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d'une équipe.</li><li>Intérêt marqué pour le mentorat, la stratégie et la prise en charge de dossiers à fort impact.</li><li>Aisance à entretenir ou développer des relations d'affaires (un candidat possédant une certaine base de clientèle sera considéré comme un atout majeur).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Le profil idéal</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Nous recherchons un professionnel autonome, organisé et doté d'un excellent jugement juridique.</p><p>Sens stratégique développé et grande capacité à comprendre les enjeux propres aux clients.</p><p>Aime intervenir dans un environnement dynamique où les dossiers sont variés et exigeants.</p><p>Motivé(e) par un rôle permettant d'avoir une réelle influence sur la croissance du cabinet.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>REF WEB </b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b> </b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Senior Litigation Lawyer - 7+ Years of Experience</b></p><p><b>Montréal, QC</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Our Client</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Our client is a boutique law firm located in downtown Montreal, recognized for its strong expertise in professional liability, as well as civil and commercial litigation.
