<br>If you embody these qualities and are eager to make an impact every day, then we want to hear from you<br><br>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with the management team to achieve Human Resources objectives.</li><li>Enforce company policies, nurture culture, and maintain the highest service standards.</li><li>Oversee the successful day-to-day operations of private dining, corporate functions, and events.</li><li>Resolve conflicts and implement changes to ensure guest satisfaction.</li><li>Manage consumption estimates and orders with suppliers.</li><li>Maintain budget, records, and compliance with Health and Safety Regulations.</li><li>Prioritize maintenance and repairs, focusing on guest experience and safety.</li><li>Boost growth and sales through marketing initiatives and outstanding service.</li><li>Foster an engaging environment where all associates are focused on delivering an authentic guest experience.</li></ul>
<br>Qualifications:<ul><li>Willingness to undergo a current Background Check.</li><li>Eligible to work in Canada without restrictions.</li><li>5+ years of restaurant experience in the hospitality industry.</li><li>4+ years of progressive leadership experience.</li><li>Strong business acumen and organizational skills.</li><li>Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.</li><li>Smart Serve Certified, Food Handler Certification, Joint Health & Safety Committee Certification (considered an asset).</li></ul>
