<p><b>Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect </b></p><p><b>Location:</b> Halifax, NS (Permanent Remote – Preferably EST or CST-based resources)</p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for a highly skilled <b>Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect</b> to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions — including <b>Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP)</b>, <b>Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)</b>, and <b>Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)</b>. The ideal candidate is hands-on, deeply technical, and experienced in driving data-driven, personalized customer experiences.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Architect and design end-to-end <b>Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)</b> solutions integrating RT-CDP, AJO, and CJA.</li><li>Implement and configure <b>RT-CDP</b> for data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.</li><li>Lead the setup of <b>Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)</b> to create real-time, omnichannel journeys.</li><li>Design and maintain <b>Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)</b> dashboards and KPIs.</li><li>Oversee integrations between AEP and third-party systems (CRM, CMS, APIs, etc.).</li><li>Define architectural standards, data governance, and ensure privacy compliance (<b>GDPR, CCPA</b>).</li><li>Partner with marketing, data, and engineering teams to execute experience strategies.</li><li>Optimize performance, scalability, and data flow efficiency.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><b>8+ years</b> experience with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.</li><li><b>3–5 years</b> hands-on experience with <b>Adobe RT-CDP</b>.</li><li><b>2–4 years</b> experience designing journeys with <b>Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)</b>.</li><li><b>2–3 years</b> experience with <b>Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)</b>.</li><li>Proficiency in <b>JavaScript, SQL, or Python</b>.</li><li>Experience with <b>Adobe Launch</b>, <b>APIs</b>, and <b>data integrations</b>.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (<b>AWS, Azure, GCP</b>).</li><li>Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Preferred Skills</b></p><ul><li>Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Professional (ACP) – AEP, RT-CDP, or AJO.</li><li>Experience integrating <b>Adobe Target, Analytics, or Campaign</b> with AEP.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>data privacy, identity resolution, and customer data pipelines</b>.</li><li>Proven success leading <b>enterprise-level digital transformation</b> initiatives.</li></ul><p></p>
