This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and market insight, someone who can spot opportunity, build a plan, and make it happen.<br><br> You will be responsible for shaping and executing a growth strategy that expands their parts business across existing and new channels, including aftermarket and e-commerce. From analyzing data and engaging customers to launching new initiatives and building a team, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the business<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br /><ul><li>Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the parts business.</li><li>Analyze parts sales, inventory, and customer data to identify revenue and margin opportunities.</li><li>Engage with customers and wholesalers to gather market intelligence and uncover unmet needs.</li><li>Identify and implement new sales channels, including aftermarket and e-commerce opportunities.</li><li>Lead initiatives such as the launch of an e-commerce platform, including vendor selection and project management.</li><li>Benchmark pricing, source new products, and collaborate with internal teams on stocking and fulfillment.</li><li>Prepare and present business cases and recommendations to senior leadership.</li><li>Hire and manage a small team as the business scales.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><br /><ul><li>Proven experience driving business growth in parts, distribution, or a related commercial environment.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.</li><li>Experience evaluating or launching e-commerce or aftermarket channels is an asset.</li><li>Solid project management and stakeholder communication skills.</li><li>Business Degree (MBA) or equivalent experience</li></ul><strong>Why Join Us</strong><br><br>This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by building and growing a key business segment.
