<p><h3>Overview</h3><p><b>Job Title:</b> Warehouse Associate / Order Picker</p><p><b>Location:</b> Scarborough, Ontario (Near Midland & Progress intersection)</p><p><b>Shift:</b> Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm</p><p><b>Pay Rate:</b> $17.50 per hour</p><p>We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Scarborough, working at an automotive parts distribution center. This high-energy facility requires individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, can stay on their feet for long periods, and are ready to efficiently pick, pack, and organize orders for shipping.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Pick and pack orders while staying active throughout the shift.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and attention to detail with every order.</li><li>Adhere to order instructions, including item location and quantity.</li><li>Follow company policies and safety procedures.</li><li>Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.</li><li>Properly prepare and package items for shipment.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Valid Driver's License (preferred)</li><li>Criminal Background Check clearance</li><li>1-2 years of experience in warehouse order picking.</li><li>Experience using RF scanners is a must.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.</li><li>Team player with good interpersonal skills.</li><li>Previous warehouse experience is a plus.</li><li>Basic English communication skills, both written and spoken.</li><li>Ability to lift items ranging from 20 to 50 lbs, based on the order.</li><li>Comfortable using 5-step ladders.</li></ul><h3>Work Environment</h3><p>This is a distribution center setting where you\'ll be utilizing RF scanners to process orders.</p></p>
