<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are looking for a hard-working warehouse associate to help us in our warehouse. This is an independent contractor position, M-F, 8hours/day. Warehouse associate will be responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling information.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Schedule distribution of goods, prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents</li><li>Load and unload skids</li><li>Route goods to appropriate storage areas</li><li>Pack goods to be shipped/Unpack goods received</li><li>Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.</li><li>Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments</li><li>Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.</li><li>Preparing orders for shipment.</li><li>Counting stock and keeping inventory records.</li><li>Organizing the warehouse space.</li><li>Other ad-hoc duties as required.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Warehouse Associate Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>A high school diploma.</li><li>Ability to stand for long hours</li><li>Ability to lift 25-30lbs</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li><li>The ability to follow instructions and be a good team player</li><li>Hard working, organized and detail-oriented. </li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Hours of operation:</strong> 9:30-5:00pm/10:00-6:00pm</p></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
