<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Vice President, Retail Sales role at Sofina Foods Canada. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Vice President, Retail Sales provides strategic leadership to the Retail Sales Leadership Team. This role is fully accountable for the overall volume and margin performance of the assigned National Retail Customer Chains in Canada.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide leadership and guidance to the Retail Sales team.</li><li>Develop sales strategies, growth plans and programs that deliver sustained performance and profit objectives through tailoring and execution of interactive sales strategies, tactics, and initiatives.</li><li>Grow Sofina margin, manage costs, negotiate, and own customer agreements, and provide vision on profit initiatives by assessing pricing strategies and aligning these strategies to market execution.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum 10+ years CPG experience in Sales & Marketing at a national level, with experience in National Customer Team leadership.</li><li>Experience working with national brands and customer control label products categories. Protein experience or knowledge a benefit.</li><li>Track record of achieving strong results while maintaining an inclusive, collaborative leadership style.</li><li>Excellent leadership, people management, coaching, and team building skills.</li><li>Working leader who holds self and others accountable.</li><li>Builds strong internal and external relationships and has the ability to influence decision making at all levels.</li><li>Superior communication and negotiation skills with an ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and lead others to implement it.</li><li>Ability to see a big picture, translate it into executable plans and drive the execution.</li><li>Self-driven, motivated and results oriented with proven ability to identify and close new opportunities, building relationships and exceed sales goals.</li></ul><p>Sofina Foods Inc. is committed to providing accessible employment practices in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
