<h2>JOB SUMMARY<br></h2>We're looking for a <b>UX/UI Designer</b> who combines creativity with data insight - someone who can design intuitive, engaging digital experiences while owning our <b>web analytics setup (GA4, GTM, and reporting)</b>. This role is ideal for someone who loves both <b>designing beautiful, user-friendly web experiences</b> and <b>diving deep into performance data</b> to drive continuous improvement.<br><h2>RESPONSIBILTIES<br></h2><ul><li>Execute and manage all web design requests from new landing pages to full section redesigns.<br></li><li>Design and deliver user-centered interfaces through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Photoshop.<br></li><li>Conduct regular website audits (quarterly and yearly) to ensure content, imagery, and UX elements are current, relevant, and optimized in collaboration with the Website Manager.<br></li><li>Research and bring insights from competitors, adjacent industries, and web design trends to improve usability and functionality.<br></li><li>Manage, configure, and own GA4 and GTM ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and troubleshooting of website data.<br></li><li>Deploy and maintain tags, triggers, and variables in Google Tag Manager for custom events and user interactions.<br></li><li>Track and analyze web performance reports to identify issues, test improvements, and find opportunities for optimization.<br></li><li>Provide regular web analytics reports and insights to strategy leads and other stakeholders.<br></li><li>Collaborate with developers, marketing, and content teams to align design and data strategies.<br></li><li>Run A/B tests and use analytics to inform design enhancements that improve engagement and conversions.<br></li></ul><h2>QUALIFICATIONS<br></h2><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of web projects.<br></li><li>Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of web projects.<br></li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including setup, event tracking, and troubleshooting.<br></li><li>Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.<br></li><li>Skilled in design tools like Figma, photoshop etc.<br></li><li>Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.<br></li><li>Bonus: working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.<br></li></ul><p><b>COMPENSATION:</b><br></p><p>· Competitive salary, with an additional bonus opportunity<br></p><p>· 3 weeks paid vacation, plus December holiday closure<br></p><p>· Escalating employer-match pension contributions after one year of service<br></p><p>· Generous corporate profit sharing program<br></p><p>· Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, and Life Insurance coverage.<br></p><p>· Employee discount on products<br></p>
