What You'll Do:
Provide trauma-informed therapy to survivors of sexualized violence
Maintain a caseload of 15–20 weekly sessions (30–35 active clients) with biweekly scheduling
Use relational, individualized approaches to support client healing
Participate in collaborative, multidisciplinary care and case discussions
Contribute to systemic change through research, advocacy, and team engagement
Travel to service locations across Charlottetown, Summerside, and Alberton (with travel compensated)
What We’re Looking For:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field
Eligible registration with a relevant professional association (e.g. RSW, CCC, RP, LCT)
At least 2 years of clinical experience, ideally working with complex trauma and survivors
Critical understanding of oppression, colonization, gender-based violence, and their systemic impacts
Interest or training in modalities such as EMDR, IFS, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, CPT, etc.
Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
A passion for healing justice, community care, and trauma recovery
