• Provide trauma-informed therapy to survivors of sexualized violence

• Maintain a caseload of 15–20 weekly sessions (30–35 active clients) with biweekly scheduling

• Use relational, individualized approaches to support client healing

• Participate in collaborative, multidisciplinary care and case discussions

• Contribute to systemic change through research, advocacy, and team engagement

• Travel to service locations across Charlottetown, Summerside, and Alberton (with travel compensated)

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field

• Eligible registration with a relevant professional association (e.g. RSW, CCC, RP, LCT)

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, ideally working with complex trauma and survivors

• Critical understanding of oppression, colonization, gender-based violence, and their systemic impacts

• Interest or training in modalities such as EMDR, IFS, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, CPT, etc.

• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

• A passion for healing justice, community care, and trauma recovery

• Deep, trust-centered therapeutic relationships
