**Job Title: Tool & Die Maker** **Job Description** This position is responsible for building molds, jigs, and fixtures that facilitate the production of thousands of products daily. You will work in a smaller team environment, providing assistance to others when necessary, while demonstrating self-starting and self-directed skills. Candidates must be an apprentice or possess a 430A ticket or equivalent 433A, and have a good understanding of the automotive industry. Familiarity with lathes, mills, band saws, and drill presses is essential. We are looking for long-term employees who wish to grow with us. **Responsibilities** Build and maintain molds, jigs, and fixtures to support large-scale production. Collaborate with team members and provide assistance when necessary. Demonstrate self-starter abilities and work independently. Utilize lathes, mills, band saws, and drill presses proficiently. Diagnose and address tooling issues on the production floor. **Essential Skills** Possession of a 430A ticket or 433A. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. You will work rotating shifts, typically several weeks on days, followed by 2-3 weeks on afternoons, and a week on nights.
