<li>Conduct 2nd interviews that will test the technical depth of candidates and their suitability for positions available</li>
<li>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the business needs promptly</li>
<li>Be a vital part of the recruitment team</li>

<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>You have at least 5 years of experience working as an Engineer on projects at scale.</li>
<li>You have hired other engineers to join your team in the past.</li>
<li>You have worked in a high‑growth dynamic company</li>
</ul>
<p>Job is 100% Remote. Please ensure you have a comfortable office set at your desired work location.</p>
<h3>Location</h3>
<p>This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.</p>
