Responsibilities but not limited:

  • Organizing and coordinating internal and external activities within a clearly defined and limited scope.
  • Gathering information and providing administrative and client support to teams and business units.
  • Performing tasks (e.g., preparing reports) by utilizing clearly defined and established procedures and processes.
  • Maintaining efficient and useful record management of business data.
  • Working under the direction of your people manager, plan and organize your own time within set schedules and routines.
  • Monitoring the progress of tasks and activities and keeping your people manager informed of progress.
  • Providing administrative, technical and process support to aid the diverse needs of the teams and business units.
  • Gathering information from a variety of sources and analyzing data/information.
  • Providing creative and innovative solutions to refine the processes and procedures that you lead and administer.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) to four (4) years of progressive and varied experience in program administration, communications, client services, or other related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong editing skills.

  • Are bilingual – to be able to communicate in English and French is a strong asset (or any other languages for that matter).
