About the opportunity:
To meet the needs of our constantly evolving clientele, Best Way Stone is looking for an energetic, positive and team oriented Summer Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team.

As a vital member of the team, the Summer Customer Service Representative supports customers by providing knowledgeable information, answering questions and responding to grievances. Located at our Head Office in Woodbridge, the Summer Customer Service Representative will be responsible for acting as a liaison between Best Way Stone and its customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
Post-secondary education in progress.
Demonstrated prior customer service or related experience.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both oral and written, is an asset.
Ability to use basic math skills.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance.
Strong computer skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Some of the responsibilities for this role include:
Promoting good customer relations
Providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanour.
Entering purchase orders, confirming order dates, taking phone orders and entering phone and fax orders into the computer system.
Perform tractor-trailer checks to ensure load accuracy before delivery.
Being responsive and timely, and displaying a caring attitude
Answering or finding the answers to customer questions
Process all cash and credit card transactions.
Assisting with completion of special projects as needed and assigned.
This is a seasonal position from May-September.

This position will require Saturday hours as well.
