<p>This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Coquitlam, BC. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient task delegation. Responsibilities include managing staff, meeting sales objectives, maintaining store standards, and controlling inventory and loss prevention measures. The Store Manager plays a critical role in fostering a positive customer shopping experience and motivating the team to achieve performance goals.</p>

<li>Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to enhance the in-store experience for shoppers</li>
<li>Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure operational efficiency and asset protection</li>
<li>Excellent Communication skills to effectively manage and lead a team</li>
<li>Ability to analyze sales metrics and drive results</li>
<li>Experience in retail or a related field is preferred</li>
<li>Strong organizational and decision‑making skills</li>
<li>Prior leadership experience is an asset</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail management is advantageous</li>
