The Global Scaled Measurement team is focused on upskilling and enabling internal & external stakeholders on deploying effective and strategic measurement strategies. We do so by developing and delivering measurement thought leadership, by providing measurement education internally and externally, by supporting the go-to-market strategy of measurement research insights, and by bringing about improvements in our measurement ways of working and resources.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with measurement leadership team to develop measurement thought leadership
- Partner with Product & Product Marketing teams to develop Measurement POVs on new Pinterest products
- Manage independent & team-based projects to deliver high-quality measurement content in a timely-fashion
- Communicate goals & project updates effectively to Measurement Leadership and their teams
- Support the development of measurement education content for front-line account teams
- Collaborate within our team on thought leadership, measurement narratives, and ways of working ideation
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Ads Measurement, Digital Marketing, or Adtech
- Understanding of various measurement methodologies (attribution modeling, brand lift, conversion lift, econometry, etc.)
- Understanding of the measurement & ads privacy landscape and its impact on advertising strategies
- Experience manipulating complex datasets to identify patterns and turn them into learnings
- Experience in partnering with diverse XFN teams to deliver projects
- Strong interpersonal skills
