<p><h3>Sr Database Solution Architect, GTM Specialists Canada</h3>
<p>Join the Canadian Specialist Organization (CANSO) Data & AI team as a Specialist Solutions Architect. Work backwards from our customer’s most complex and business‑critical problems to build and execute go‑to‑market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi‑billion‑dollar businesses. You will be the subject‑matter expert for designing AWS database solutions and will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to accelerate adoption of Amazon Web Services for Data and AI/ML platforms.</p>
<h3>Key Job Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Thought Leadership – Evangelize AWS Database services and share best practices through blogs, white papers, reference architectures, and public‑speaking events such as AWS Summit and AWS re:Invent.</li>
<li>Partner with Solution Architects, Sales, Business Development, Data, and AI/ML service teams to accelerate customer adoption and provide guidance on engagements.</li>
<li>Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS Database services teams to provide customer‑driven product improvement feedback.</li>
<li>Develop and support an AWS internal community of Data‑related subject‑matter experts worldwide and create field enablement materials for the broader SA population.</li>
<li>Customer Advisor – Build prototypes, PoCs, and explore new solutions while interacting closely with customers and the academic community.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Basic Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience communicating across technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive‑level stakeholders.</li>
<li>5+ years of database experience (SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis).</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.</li>
<li>Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.</li>
</ul>
