<h2>Job Purpose</h2><br><p>Company : Dana TM4 Inc.<br><br>Business address: rue J.-A.-Bombardier Boucherville (Québec) J4B8P1 Canada<br><br>Job title: Production Testing Processes Designer<br><br>Hours: 37.5 hours<br><br>Salary: $ CAD<br><br>Work location: Boucherville, Quebec<br><br>Language of work: English and French<br><br>Type: Permanent, Full-time</p><h2>Job Duties and Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Lead the development of end-of-line (EOL) test sequences for electric motor systems using the proprietary ODIN software platform.</li><li>Apply advanced troubleshooting expertise within ODIN to quickly diagnose and resolve issues during both prototype and production test processes in Dana TM4 at Boucherville Quebec Canada. Also, trough the international Dana Site.</li><li>Support and provide real-time technical support production and prototyping testing, ensuring that EOL procedures are validated and aligned with engineering and Canadian client requirements.</li><li>Perform advanced data analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting of inverter systems, ensuring timely delivery of Canadian client commitments under zero-delay clauses.</li><li>Customize and optimize ODIN test sequences for different product lines, ensuring compliance with company and client specifications.</li><li>Utilize proprietary knowledge of XCP, the company's secure communication protocol, to deploy, maintain, and upgrade systems across multiple Dana's subdivisions and client programs.</li><li>Train and mentor engineers and technicians on ODIN-based EOL testing sequences, transferring knowledge that is unique to DANA TM4's internal processes.</li><li>Collaborate with international teams (China, India, Europe, USA) to develop, standardize, and roll out test sequences globally, ensuring uniformity across plants.</li><li>Collaborate with Canadian project managers, quality teams, and clients to validate technical solutions, align with engineering requirements, and guarantee uninterrupted</li></ul><p>Skills Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or an equivalent qualification).</li><li>Minimum five (5) years of relevant professional experience in designing and implementing production test procedures for electric motors.</li></ul><h2>Education and Qualifications</h2><br><h2>Skills and Competencies</h2>
