The Role: Snow Removal / Snow Labourer / Sidewalk Snow Removal / General Labour
Earn $20–$25/hr + Guaranteed Pay Options*
Paid bi-weekly (role starts November 1st, 2025)Â
At CSL, we take snow seriously and take pride in keeping properties safe and walkable — but we also know a little laughter makes the long hours go by faster. Our Snow Removal Teams tackle whatever Mother Nature throws at us with grit, teamwork, and the occasional snowball dodge.
We’re looking for reliable, physically fit individuals who don’t mind a crisp morning, a little fresh air in their lungs, and a friendly competition over who can move the most snow in an hour. It won’t always be glamorous. There will be late nights, long hours, and the kind of “why am I awake right now?” moments that only winter can deliver. But you’ll be part of a team that has each other’s backs, celebrates small wins, and finds humour in the snowiest of situations.
What You’ll Need
- G license (preferred — G2 also considered)
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites (shovels don’t come with wheels)
- Open availability for on-call work (snow doesn’t follow a schedule)
- A mobile phone for communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A good attitude, a strong back, and a sense of humour when the flakes start flying
Compensation
- $20–$25/hour, based on experience and reliability
- Guaranteed Pay Options* during the snow season
- Paid bi-weekly
- Opportunity for full-time, year-round employment if desired at the end of the contract
