If youre detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment, apply now for an exciting opportunity!</p><p></p><p>Position: Shipper/Receiver</p><p>Type: Full time</p><p>Location: Fort McMurray</p><p>Schedule: Monday to Friday (Morning/Night Rotating Shift)</p><p></p><p>** We are open 7 days a week and this role requires availability for weekends** </p><p></p><p>What we have to offer:</p><p><br /></p><p>Competitive wages</p><p>Registered Savings plan with company matching</p><p>Health and Dental benefits after 3 months of continuous service</p><p>Health Care Spending</p><p>Employee Assistance Program</p><p>Paid Training</p><p>Opportunity for growth and development</p><p>Employee discounts</p><p></p><p>Primary Responsibilities:</p><p><br /></p><ul></ul><ul><li>Responsible for monitoring and insuring both transactional and inventory integrity for all product movement</li><li>Identify and return obsolete inventory</li><li>Be able to read /interpret invoices, purchase orders and packing slips</li><li>Proper and safe packaging of customer items using packaging equipment</li><li>Verification of pieces being shipped or received</li><li>Be customer oriented on the phone and in the store at all times</li><li>Track and organize all inventory</li><li>Identify customer material</li><li>Receive purchase orders</li><li>Ensuring all pertinent information is recorded properly and as per procedure</li><li>Keeping the warehouse area organized and free of non-needed obstructions</li><li>Additional duties as required</li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p></p><ul></ul><ul><li>Minimum3-5 years experience in a warehouse environment (shipping, receiving, inventory, and/or transportation) or related field</li><li>Must have experience with Warranty Returns</li><li>Experience and/or knowledge of the automotive/heavy duty sales market or automotive parts sales is required</li><li>Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. occasionally</li><li>Forklift ticket is preferred</li><li>Must have the ability to evaluate problems, identify root causes, develop corrective action plans and help influence change and process improvement</li><li>Strong communication and decision-making skills coupled with a professional demeanor.</li><li>Self-directed yet able to work well in a team environment</li><li>Strong analytical and process skills</li><li>Ability to work occasional weekends</li><li>Previous experience with warehouse software programs</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office required</li><li>Must have a valid drivers license and consent to a drivers abstract on an annual basis<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Application Instructions:</p><p></p><p>Please apply to this posting with your resume. <span >https://paramountpartstrial.bamboohr.com/careers</span></p><p></p><p>Posting will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.</p></p></p>
