<p>Job Title: Sheet Metal Cutter<br><br>Location: Vaughan, Ontario<br><br>Pay Rate: Based on experience</p><p>Job Description:<br><br>We are currently hiring an experienced Sheet Metal Cutter to work in Vaughan, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and preparing sheet metal materials according to specifications while maintaining high quality and safety standards.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Measure, mark, and cut sheet metal using shears, saws, plasma cutters, or CNC machines</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders</li><li>Ensure accuracy and quality of cuts according to specifications</li><li>Operate and maintain cutting equipment safely</li><li>Inspect finished pieces for defects and compliance with standards</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li><li>Follow company policies and health & safety regulations</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Previous experience as a sheet metal cutter or in a similar role</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements</li><li>Experience using manual and/or CNC cutting tools is an asset</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Physically able to handle sheet metal materials</li></ul><p>Work Conditions:</p><ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Day shift (may vary depending on employer needs)</li><li>Overtime may be available</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour</p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Sheet metal: 1 year (required)</li><li>Metal fabrication: 1 year (preferred)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
