<h3>About The Role</h3>
<p>As a CBRE Property Management Sr. Manager, you will supervise the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of large portfolios of properties.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee hiring.</li>
<li>Coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and cross‑train staff. Track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach.</li>
<li>Respond to high‑profile tenant needs and issues.</li>
<li>Act as primary contact with property owners, serving as owner representative to ensure objectives are met. Prepare and deliver reports.</li>
<li>Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports with variance explanations.</li>
<li>Help create advanced programs for emergency recoveries.</li>
<li>Prepare and approve all required legal notices. Recommend and coordinate legal action as necessary.</li>
<li>Review tenant rent and common area maintenance charges to ensure timely payment.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You’ll Need</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5‑8 years of relevant experience; experience and education combination considered.</li>
<li>Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complex information and handle problems.</li>
<li>Leadership skills to motivate team toward operational targets across disciplines.</li>
<li>In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).</li>
<li>Extensive organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.</li>
