With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects, our client specializes in a diverse portfolio including institutional, warehouse, retail, hospitality, office, medical, multi-family, and seniors living developments. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team and lead exciting new builds across the region.

Your New Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to close-out. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects valued between $500k–$50M+
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Mentor and support junior project staff and site teams

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a Senior Project Manager role
• Proven track record delivering projects in sectors such as institutional, retail, or multi-family
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
• PMP designation or relevant construction management education is an asset
