<p><b>Senior Product Manager - Search & Recommendations</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Location:</b> Vancouver, BC (Hybrid) </p><p><b>Status:</b> T4 or Incorporated </p><p><b>Start Date:</b> ASAP </p><p><b>Contract Length:</b> 6 months (with possibility of extension)</p><p><br></p><p>Role Summary</p><p><br></p><p>We're looking for an accomplished <b>Senior Product Manager</b> to join the Platform Product team, dedicated to globalizing and enhancing our <b>Enterprise-Level Search and Recommendation systems</b>. This critical role owns the product roadmap for platform capabilities that directly influence user experience, search engine optimization (SEO), and conversion/revenue through optimized ranking logic and AI-powered models.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Define and execute the roadmap to scale our search and recommendation capabilities from North America to global markets.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with <b>AI/ML teams</b>, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive impactful product decisions.</li><li>Maintain a strong delivery mindset, translating business strategy into actionable requirements for the technical teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Must-Have Skills</p><p><br></p><ul><li><b>5+ years in Product Management</b>, with substantial experience managing <b>enterprise-level platform capabilities</b>, specifically <b>Search and Recommender Systems</b>.</li><li>Proven familiarity with <b>Elasticsearch</b> (or equivalent enterprise search technology), search engine architecture, recommendation algorithms, and the behavior of AI/ML models.</li><li>Direct experience defining requirements for and working with <b>Fusion/Lucidworks</b> or similar modern search and relevance platforms for search and recommendations.</li><li>Strong delivery mindset and ability to execute against a fast-paced business strategy.</li><li>Excellent communication, technical fluency, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Nice-to-Have Skills</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in the <b>global rollout</b> and localization of platform capabilities.</li><li>Exposure to large-scale <b>eCommerce</b>, complex search ranking systems, or applied ML applications in customer-facing product features.</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
