<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Senior Process Engineer (P.Eng.)</p><p>Calgary, AB | Full-time, On-site | CA$130K+ & ESOP</p><p>️️ Help Build the Future of Clean Thermal Energy</p><p>SolarSteam is a cleantech company on a mission to decarbonize industrial heat. We're developing modular solar thermal systems to reduce emissions in some of the world's most energy-intensive sectors. <h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead process design for thermal/utility loops</li>
<li>Create PFDs, P&IDs, specs, and SOPs</li>
<li>Run thermodynamic modelling & simulations</li>
<li>Integrate systems: storage, chillers, ORCs</li>
<li>Support field commissioning and system reliability</li>
<li>Collaborate across electrical, mechanical & controls teams</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with APEGA</li>
</ul>
<p>Reporting to: Robert Garth, Director of Technology</p>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>P.Eng. (APEGA registered or eligible)</li>
<li>5+ years in process engineering (thermal, power, O&G, renewables)</li>
<li>Strong in thermodynamics & heat transfer</li>
<li>Tools: Aspen HYSYS, Symmetry, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Bonus: Hands-on plant/power ops experience</li>
<li> Must have legal right to work in Canada</li>
