Position Details

• Shift: 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday
• Pay: $97,000 per year
• Additional Incentives: Eligible for bonus plan

Ideal Candidate Skills

Experience operating a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklift or Reach Truck is preferred.

About the Role

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee warehouse efficiency, lead teams, implement processes, and ensure safety compliance. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining DHL’s reputation as a global logistics leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering inclusion and safety culture.
• Develop workflows, labor plans, and best practices to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report on KPIs and support continuous improvement.
• Promote open communication and teamwork.
• Partner with HR for hiring top talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1+ years in logistics industry.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
