This is a hands-on role where you'll have real ownership and the opportunity to shape both the product and our technical direction.</p> <h2>What you'll do</h2> <p>As part of a lean team of senior developers, you'll collaboratively:</p><ul><li>Architect and build new web-based and content-driven products</li><li>Develop server-side code and APIs, and integrate with third-party APIs</li><li>Create data schemas and manage databases</li><li>Operate and configure Backend-as-a-Service environments</li><li>Establish and execute testing, QA, and release practices</li><li>Maintain and improve developer workflows, automation, and best practices</li><li>Partner with product and design to turn ideas into user-facing features</li><li>Manage the delivery of features you own end-to-end</li><li>Provide technical support and contribute to scaling customer success</li></ul> <p>What you bring</p> <p>You are an experienced software developer (8+ years) with a track record of building web-based applications and the technical battle scars to prove it. More importantly, you're a builder at heart - you thrive in fast-moving environments, and you see opportunity in ambiguity.</p> <p>We look for:</p><ul><li>Experience leading or owning features through multiple product cycles</li><li>Comfort wearing multiple hats - coding, architecture, product thinking</li><li>Strong engineering practices: clean, testable, maintainable code</li><li>Proficiency with TDD, CI/CD, and a commitment to code quality</li><li>An ability to balance moving fast with managing technical debt</li><li>Excitement to collaborate closely with product, design and growth teams.</li></ul> <p>Above all, you enjoy coding, problem-solving and building products people use.
