Scotiabank is looking for a senior financial advisor to join a purpose‑driven team that delivers exceptional customer service and strives to meet sales targets within the Canadian Banking Branch network.

Responsibilities

• Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand what they are asking for.


• Educate customers, providing relevant insights and expert advice.


• Build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals.


• Build and nurture long‑standing customer relationships.


• Develop, retain, and grow branch business by delivering on individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships.


• Strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies, including day‑to‑day banking, investments, and borrowing solutions.


• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment aligned with customers’ stated goals.


• Mutual Funds licence and completed CIFP diploma.
